1. Cancellation Policy
Users can cancel their hosting/VPS subscriptions at any time via the billing dashboard on https://www.elitehosting.in. Upon cancellation, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which automatic renewals will cease.
2. Refund Policy
Elite Hosting offers a 7-day money-back guarantee for new shared hosting and VPS plans if requested within 7 days of initial registration. If you are unsatisfied with our service quality, you may request a full refund within this 7-day window.
3. Non-refundable Services
Domain registration fees, setup fees, and custom server configurations are non-refundable once initiated or provisioned.
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (via PayU) within 5–7 business days from the date of refund approval.
