1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using EliteHosting.in ("we," "our," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our compliance policies as an Indian Hosting Provider under the Information Technology Act, 2000. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not access or use our services.

2. User Accounts & Security

When you register an account, you must provide accurate and complete details. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. IP logs are kept securely for diagnostic and compliance purposes.

3. Deployment Rules & Acceptable Use

EliteHosting allows developers to deploy arbitrary Python, Node.js, and static scripts. However, you strictly agree NOT to deploy:

• Cryptocurrency miners or resource-exhausting scripts.
• Phishing sites, malware, pirated content, or spamming scripts.
• Unlawful Telegram bot tasks violating Telegram's official terms of service.
• Websites or tools hosting explicit, hate-speech, or illegal content in India.

4. Payment, Wallet & Commissions

We operate on a secure prepaid credit and wallet model. Topups are manual, requiring admin verification of payment transactions. UPI payments must be supported by a valid transaction hash or UTR ID. Referral commissions (30%) are credited to the referrer's wallet after the referee's transaction approval and are eligible for withdrawal requests. Refunds are not issued for utilized credits or banned accounts.
